Ariana N. Gibbs is an associate attorney at Gibbs Travis PLLC. While attending law school, Ariana completed an externship with the District of Columbia Office of Police Complaints in Washington, D.C. She also served on the Moot Court Board, as a Limited Practice Attorney with the MacArthur Justice Clinic, and as the 2015-16 scholarship recipient for the William Winter Institute for Racial Reconciliation. She has written articles for publishing for the William Winter Institute and the Southern Journal for Policy and Justice.
Ariana was admitted to practice law in Mississippi in 2016. She is admitted to practice in all Mississippi State Courts, United States District Courts for Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Ariana received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia in 2013, graduating Spelman Cum Laude. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in Oxford, Mississippi in 2016.
Aside from her professional duties, Ariana enjoys traveling, reading and spending quality time with her family.
